PERSONAL INFO: WHO IS ME? My name is Ginny LaPlante also known as Virginia, my Ginny, Gingersnap and most recently to the little girl across the street "AUNT INIA" (inya) cute huh? No not ME, the little girl across the street trying to use my formal name.

I'm Fred and Phyllis' little girl, born and raised in the small suburb of New Brunswick, NJ. That's right all you Canadians, not New Brunswick, Canada. I am a true Jersey Girl. New Brunswick, NJ offered the surroundings of a small campus town featuring the Rutgers/Douglass Colleges and the very murky Raritan River. Growing up in this area afforded me the ideal exposure (45 minutes to the Jersey Shore, more commonly known as the "Shore Points" -- 45 minutes to an hour, to New York City depending on the traffic at the tunnel -- And approximately 55 minutes to the Poconos and New Hope, PA.)

You might ask why my PERSONAL INFO is important to the Realtor I am today? Simply, I feel by living in the Palm Beach County area; I have recreated for myself and now for my clients the ideal area I had growing up. Thus this Realtor is exposing YOU to the BEST FLORIDA HAS TO OFFER! We here in Palm Beach County have FAU and PBCC Colleges with the Scripps Company to benefit those graduates interested in research. Instead of the Raritan River, we have the breathtaking Intracoastal Waterways. As for the beach, we have PARADISE; thanks to the Gulf Stream. As for the cultural needs, we have City Place with the Kravis Center and the Norton Museum; included among the many restaurants; a movie center and of course, shopping. Oh No! That's right, this County is flat in nature; so I couldn't recreate the Poconos, however, we do have many fine golf courses and water activities. Yes, I love Palm Beach County, and YOU TOO can LIVE AND LOVE not just your future property; but the GRAND LIFESTYLE this area offers their residents.

RELEVANT INFO: I've had my Florida Real Estate License for 10 years, and I have lived in Palm Beach County since 2002, mainly working on Singer Island selling Vacation Ownership. While I enjoyed the vacationing commerce; I feel the time is right to use my license to promote the area I LIVE and LOVE.
